Flexy Blogs works because people take the time to write things worth reading. These guidelines keep it that way.
Write your own work
Submit only writing that you created. Do not republish someone else’s article, and do not submit text generated wholesale by a tool and passed off as first-hand experience. Quoting is fine when it is short, marked as a quote and credited.
Be useful and be specific
The best articles here explain something concretely: what you did, what happened, what you would do differently. Avoid padding, keyword stuffing and vague filler.
Credit your sources and images
Link to sources for facts and figures. Only use images you own, have licensed, or that are free to use — and credit them in the image credit field.
Disclose commercial relationships
If you are writing about a product you sell, a company you work for, or something you earn a commission on, say so in the article.
Treat people well
No harassment, hate speech, threats or personal attacks — in articles or comments. Disagree with the argument, not the person.
Not permitted
- Plagiarised or spun content
- Articles written purely to place backlinks
- Misinformation on health, safety, finance or elections
- Adult content, graphic violence, or content involving minors inappropriately
- Malware, phishing or fraudulent offers
Enforcement
Articles that break these guidelines are rejected or removed. Repeat breaches lead to suspension and then to account closure. If you think we made a mistake, reply through the contact page and we will review it.
